5 unique Wedding Venues in London

A beautiful GARDEN VENUE FOR ALL SEASONS
Nestled amidst 300 acres of breathtaking botanical gardens, Kew Gardens is a truly unique venue if you are looking for a romantic English Garden backdrop for your wedding.
Exchange vows in the light and airy 19th century Nash Conservatory, host your drinks reception in a towering glass house (Kew is home to the world’s largest Victorian glasshouse) and dance the night away at the Grade I listed Orangery surrounded by its grand architecture and stylish decor.
With exotic and lush flora, elegant glass houses, spectacular lakes, sweet cottages and even a Royal Palace, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to where to have your wedding portraits taken. Many of the indoor spaces are flooded with natural light, making Kew a truly wonderful choice for all seasons.
This iconic and popular wedding venue promises a wedding day that’s nothing short of magical.

AN ICONIC and dramatic venue
For a grand and luxurious wedding that is full of drama, and opulent atmosphere, the iconic Natural History Museum is the perfect venue. With its awe-inspiring architecture (a combination of neo-Gothic and 12th Century Romanesque) the museum lends itself perfectly to large celebrations – if you want a statement backdrop for your reception then this is the place to be.
The museum is especially well suited to events with creative design and production budgets but each of the grand event spaces holds its own unique charm and majestic ambience.
The Hintze Hall can seat an impressive 450 guests under the spectacular suspended blue whale skeleton; for a more intimate celebration, the Images of Nature gallery, with its historic prints, watercolours and modern portrayals of nature, is a beautiful art gallery; whilst the Darwin Centre is a more contemporary space, designed with steel beams and reflective glass and lovely for a drinks reception.
In the heart of South Kensington, there are many nearby locations for wedding photographs if you would like to combine outdoor portraits with this spectacular venue.

georgian elegance in the heart of westminster
Overlooking the splendour of St. James’s Park, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, a Grade I listed Georgian Townhouse, exudes a sense of refined luxury. Once home to a Prime Minister, this elegant terrace offers a surprising haven from the busy streets of Westminster just outside.
Exchange vows in the stunning mirrored Music Room with its elegant light interiors, host your drinks reception in the venue’s very own private garden square, and your wedding breakfast in the lovely blue Wolfson Room with views of Whitehall and the Mall.
As a recommended supplier at this beautiful venue, I know just how to make the most of the Central London location to capture beautiful portraits at nearby iconic London landmarks without your needing to even miss a canapé from the fine dining catering partner, Searcys.
